Soften your skin with pomegranates

 

A fruit that is packed with vitamin C and guards the skin against the wrinkles and the effects caused by sun damage. It is the polyphenol compound, found in pomegranate, which aids the fighting process for the damage caused by the free radicals and helps in preservation of collagen in the body. Regular consumption of this fruit plumps up your skin – also making it smoother.

 

Blueberries and blackberries: best for smoothing fine lines

 

These tiny delicious berries are abundant in antioxidants that provides skin an extra protection which protects it from further damage caused by sun exposure, emotional stress and over-exercising. One to two servings a day will help repair the structure of the cells by improving fine lines, wrinkles and firmness.

 

Age-Busting superfood avocado

 

To stay young and keep looking healthy from inside out, avocado is one of the best age-busting superfoods. This is high in vitamin E and provides skin-protective antioxidants.
