Nourish your skin with liquid nutrients

Having just one juice a day is an amazing way to get a plethora of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Juicing allows the body to quickly absorb high-quality nutrition, which leads to increased energy levels. Drinking fresh juices is an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, purified water, proteins, carbohydrates and chlorophyll.
Here are four reasons why you could consider adding a juice to your daily health and beauty regime.
Feeding your cells: Juicing feeds every cell in your body with water, vitamins, minerals, and essential enzymes, making you a healthier person in every way!
Nutrients and enzymes: The most important enzymes and micro-nutrients are in raw vegetables and get destroyed by heating and cooking them. So pasteurised canned and jarred vegetables juices are no match for raw juices that are full of nutrients and enzymes.

Bottled juice is pasteurised and the nutrients are depleted, plus they are usually loaded with more fruit and sugar. Organic and locally sourced give you three times the nutrients and flavour so look out for this too. If you see fruit at the beginning of the ingredients and HPP (high pressure processing) on the label, the chances are you are not getting all the vitamins you think you are drinking and consuming way more sugar.
