The 4 ways Victoria Beckham boosts her energy levels

If there was ever a contender for a real life superwoman, Victoria Beckham is certainly up there. The former Spice Girl, who is married to retired England footballer David Beckham, has four children ranging in ages from seven to 20 – and she runs her own global fashion business. Take a look at her Instagram page and you’ll see the fast-paced nature of her life, from business meetings, fashion shows and regular international travel to mummy duties at home with children Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper. She always looks on top form with bags of energy – her hair is constantly shiny, her skin radiant and her figure trim. The star rarely takes a day off, with her passion for her work clear to see.

So how does Victoria do it all? While Victoria may well be a naturally energetic person, there are specific things she does each day to boost her energy levels and keep her positivity up. Here’s how the Beckham matriarch boosts her energy levels…

Daily exercise

Victoria has spoken several times about her exercise routine, which she prefers to do in the morning before her day with the children and work begins. The star is lucky enough to have a gym in her London home and has revealed in the past: “I get up quite early, around 6 a.m., and do an hour in the gym before the kids get up, then I give them breakfast and David or I take them to school.”

She also does another hour’s workout before heading to the office, admitting that’s she’s very disciplined. Victoria often works out with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, favouring the treadmill for getting fit. No wonder she’s so full of energy with this committed routine.

A healthy diet

Victoria is known for her healthy diet and the former singer regularly posts photographs of her nutrient-rich meals on her social media pages. The designer likes to begin her day by taking two table spoons of apple cider vinegar before breakfast to prepare her gut for the day’s meals. She’s also a fan of green smoothies containing kiwi, lemon, apple, spinach, and Chia Seeds.

The mum-of-four enjoys eating healthily, admitting that her vitamin-packed meals give her the energy she needs. Victoria has previously revealed: “I expect a lot from my body. And I’m never sick. You have to be kind to your body if you expect a lot from it.”

Carrying crystals

Many celebrities believe in the power of crystals to increase energy levels and positivity through a connection with the body. Victoria has spoken before of her love of crystals, offering insights into the source of her seemingly endless energy. She has said: “I like to surround myself with positive energy, and so often have a little collection of crystals in my handbag.”

Victoria has even incorporated crystals into her fashion design and wears a tri-stone pendant necklace from her own Autumn Winter 2018 collection. She recommends the Tiger’s Eye crystal for increasing energy levels.

Her love of fashion

Rather than cause tiredness, Victoria that finds her job as a fashion designer actually gives her energy because she is following the dream she has had since childhood. “It does get stressful,” she has said, “But I’m so blessed to have a job that I love so I can turn that stress into positive energy.” The busy mum has clearly found fulfilment in pursuing her passion, which is a fantastic example for us all. Happiness creates energy!
