Clients: Halle Berry, Jessica Alba
Breakfast: For someone whose programme involves 3 cardio segments, 2 circuits of strength training and 1 core segment daily a good breakfast is needed as fuel. Ramona advocates eating properly rather than calorie cutting in order to back up the work you do in the gym. Clients: Madonna, Victoria Beckham, Gwyneth Paltrow
Breakfast: Tracy is famed for her ‘method’ which changes up your work out every 10 days to keep muscle groups challenged. And, she likes plenty of variety in her diet too but her go to for getting a blast of nutrients first thing is a green smoothie. “This really is the best way to start my day – my shake has a fantastic amino acid profile and best of all, no soy for protein. I like the vanilla flavour and usually add chocolate syrup. When I want to be a bit healthier, I opt for the kale and banana combo.”
