Wedding preparation: How to prepare with 4 months to go

Four months might feel like a long time but when you’re planning a wedding that goes past in a flash. If you’ve got just 16 short weeks until your nuptials we’ve got some beauty and wellness tips you should start following now to ensure you look and feel your best when your big day rolls round. 

There are a lot of decisions you have to make in the run up to your wedding but wondering whether you want to look amazing takes no thought at all.

Whether you’re a 30-something first time bride or at 60 it’s your second trip down the aisle you will want to feel fabulous.

But it doesn’t have to be all about the hair and the makeup on the big day because investing in your wellbeing ahead of time can make a huge difference come your wedding. 

In fact with four months to go there’s still plenty of time to give your mind and body the boost it needs. 

Start a skincare regime

A consistent skincare regime will give you glowing skin in time for your trip down the aisle. It doesn’t have to be a time consuming 10-step regime either. Get moving

It’s never too late to get active. Fitting exercise into your daily routine isn’t just good for your physique it’s great for your health. 

If you’re already working out, keep it up and if you haven’t got into the exercise groove yet, start now. 

Find something you love doing as it’ll help you stay consistent. It could be something as simple as walking. If you’re worried you don’t have time to get to the gym then use a fitness app at home and fit in some exercise when you can.
